Also, I thought I'd let everyone know that I'm going to be moving soon too. This actually is going to solve one of my big issues with me streaming. That being my connection, and leaving Comcast behind. I do need a new capture card, and may need to do that sooner rather than later

Getting someone on the phone at @Xfinity is a completely nightmare now. You have to actually fight with the damn robot just to speak to a live person. I can’t express how badly I want to cancel my services. The most complicated company I’ve ever dealt with

@comcastcares Why does the @MSNBC channel on your platform have constant broadcast issues with freezes and other technical issues? No other channel has the same chronic issues. Why? Constantly restarting the system isn't a solution here.

Every. Single. Day my @Xfinity tv goes out on more than one TV in my house. Biggest waste of money, monopolies are horrible for consumers. I can’t just sit and turn the tv on, it’s always a process to unplug and call @comcast.

if you’re a loyal verizon fios (good) customer (like me) and looking for apartment, don’t listen to leasing agents (sinners) that say they only have comcast (satan). comcast makes contracts with buildings to make them say they don’t have fios wiring despite being wired for it.
